1. What does organic sulfur taste like and how to best manage?

   Organic Sulfur Crystals taste bitter. This taste will diminish once the body is regularly getting sulfur. You can drink a full glass of water after taking to minimize bitterness. Some like to drink glass of juice to mask the taste but remember sulfur binds with everything so effectiveness will be reduced some when trying to kill the taste.

2. How do I best take organic sulfur?

   The amount most people find useful is 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 100 lbs of body weight twice per day dissolved into warm or hot water. You may also eat the whole crystals raw. Each teaspoon is 4 grams.

   So 100 lb person would take 1 to 1.5 teaspoon first thing of morning on empty stomach and then again 2 hours after lunch on empty stomach another 1 to 1.5 teaspoon. A 200 lb person would take 3 teaspoons also equal to 1 Tablespoon twice daily.

   Some say take every 12 hours. Caution if taken late evening as you could experience inability to sleep.

   If your system is generally sensitive you can always start lower and work up to recommended dose, however more tends to work best.

3. What kind of water do I use?

   For best dissolution of crystals use warm or hot water. Any good clean filtered water is acceptable. The key is do not use chlorinated tap water as it contains chlorine which blocks oxygen uptake. The proper amount of daily water consumed should be one half body weight in lbs into ounces of water. Ie 100 lbs should drink 50 ounces water daily. 200 lbs drink 100 ounces water.

4. How do I coordinate taking Organic Sulfur with other products or meds?

   We suggest taking at least 30 minutes prior to all other products on an empty stomach. Also needs to be 2 hours after eating a meal so stomach is empty. Organic sulfur has shown to thin the blood so if taking blood thinners then you will want to work with your physician to tailor your dosing of meds.

5. What if I experience side effect?

   Most people do not experience undue effects. There have been some whom report a headache or flu like detox symptom. Usually this is resolved by taking a larger dose or another teaspoon at the time.
